摘要
目的对儿童细菌性腹泻患者进行病原微生物检验,便于为临床治疗提供有价值的参考依据。方法选择2017年1月至2019年1月医院收治的60例细菌性腹泻儿童患者,均对其粪便进行病原微生物检验,回顾分析其检验结果,并为该病症临床治疗提供重要的指导。结果 60例患儿共检出60株病原菌,包括志贺菌32株(53.33%)、弧菌属18株(30.00%)、气单胞菌10株(16.67%)。志贺菌的占比显著高于弧菌属与气单胞菌,P<0.05。结论导致细菌性腹泻发作的主要病原菌为志贺菌,该病原菌有着较强的耐药性,临床上需根据具体的药敏实验结果合理应用抗菌药物,降低耐药率,提升临床治疗效果。
        Objective To conduct pathogenic microbiological tests on children with bacterial diarrhea, which is helpful for providing valuable reference for clinical treatment. Methods Sixty patients with bacterial diarrhea admitted to the hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected for pathogenic microbiological examination of their feces. The results of the test were retrospectively analyzed and important guidance was provided for the clinical treatment of the disease. Results A total of 60 pathogenic bacteria were detected in 60 children, including 32 strains of Shigella(53.33%), 18 strains of Vibrio(30.00%), and 10 strains of air single cells(16.67%). The proportion of Shigella was significantly higher than that of Vibrio and Aeromonas, P<0.05. Conclusion The main pathogen causing bacterial diarrhea is Shigella. The pathogen has strong drug resistance. It is necessary to apply antibiotics according to the specific drug susceptibility test results, reduce the drug resistance rate and improve the clinical treatment effect.
