捐献单采血小板初筛最佳检测时间分析

摘要
目的探讨捐献单采血小板初筛的最佳检测时间。方法选取2016年2月至2017年2月本站55例参加无偿捐献单采血小板的献血者,采集献血者静脉血2 ml,分别放置1,5,10,30 min后检测PLT(血小板计数)和MPV(平均血小板体积),并进行比较。结果样本放置1,5,10,30 min血小板计数、平均血小板体积差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),进一步分析比较样本,放置30 min后检测血小板计数、平均血小板体积最高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论捐献单采血小板初筛的最佳检测时间为样本采集后10 min,检测结果的准确性得到保证的同时,又能缩短捐献者等候的时间,提高工作效率。
Objective: To explore the best detection time of donated apheresis platelet screening. Methods: The selection of fifty-five blood donors was made among those who participated in the collection of platelets from unpaid donations from February 2016 to February 2017. Blood samples of 2 ml of venous blood were collected from the blood donors. PLT( platelet count) and MPV( mean platelet volume) were measured after 1,5,10,and 30 minutes of placement and compared. Results: There were significant differences in platelet counts and mean platelet volume at 1,5,10,and 30 min after sample placement( P < 0. 05). The platelet count and average platelet volume were highest after statistical analysis for 30 min. The difference was statistically significant.( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The best detection time for donated apheresis platelet screening is 10 min after the sample is collected. The accuracy of the test results is ensured. At the same time,the waiting time of the donor can be shortened and the working efficiency can be improved.
