安徽省兽医实验室建设现状及对策

摘要
兽医系统实验室是动物疫病预防控制机构的组成部分,在动物疫病防控工作中发挥关键技术支撑作用。当前安徽省现有兽医系统实验室的软硬件配置和检测能力提升明显,但也面临基础设施建设薄弱,人员业务素质偏低,检测技术能力不够,资金投入不足,管理水平落后等发展瓶颈,这提示应加大财政投入,加强基础设施和检测人员队伍建设,引进实验室信息管理先进模式,强化生物安全管理水平。
As an important part of animal disease prevention and control institutions,veterinary system laboratories have played a key role in providing major technological support in practice. At present,veterinary system laboratories have been greatly improved in the respects of the allocation of software and hardware and detection capability,however,some bottlenecks are also encountered,such as poor infrastructure construction,lower level of staff's professional skills,inadequate detection capacity,insuf?cient investment funds,backward management,and so on.Therefore,it was indicated that ?nancial investment should be increased,the construction of infrastructure and staff team should be strengthened,then the advanced management mode for laboratory information should be introduced to strengthen the level of bio-safety management.
