储罐检维修作业的风险及控制措施

摘要
对于石油化工行业来说,储罐是必不可少的重要设备。在对其应用的过程中,需要定期进行检修与维护,受多种因素的影响,储罐在检修过程中容易产生火灾或爆炸事故,相关人员需要对其检测方法和安全对策给予认真的研究和分析。为了减少以及避免在储罐检维修过程中发生事故,结合近年发生的石化行业储罐检修过程中事故的原因,针对储罐检维修作业中的风险及控制措施进行相关探究,仅供参考。
for petrochemical industry,storage tank is an essential and important equipment.In the process of its application,it needs to be repaired and maintained regularly.Under the influence of a variety of factors,the tank is prone to fire or explosion in the process of maintenance.The related personnel need to give serious research and analysis to its detection methods and safety countermeasures.In order to reduce and avoid accidents in the process of storage tank inspection and maintenance,combined with my work experience and the causes of the accident in the process of storage tank maintenance in recent years,the risk and control measures in the maintenance operation of the storage tank are explored,for reference only.
