摘要
微电阻率成像测井仪电扣刻度盒是通过模拟井下地层电阻率来检查仪器好坏的刻度装置。在地面检维修作业时,现有电扣刻度盒存在易损坏、精度不匹配、检测繁琐等问题;通过阐述现有电扣刻度盒存在的问题,提出了解决这些问题的改进方案;最后,发明了一种新型电扣刻度装置;此装置有效解决了现存的问题,使得微电阻率成像测井仪的刻度过程更加快速、精确。
The electric button calibration box of micro resistivity imaging logging tool is a calibration device to check the quality of the instrument by simulating the resistivity of downhole formation. During the ground inspection and maintenance, there are some problems on the electric button calibration, such as easy damage, mismatching accuracy, tedious detection, etc. The existing problems of the electric button calibration box are expounded, and the improvement scheme to solve these problems is put forward. And a new electric button calibration device is invented, which effectively solves the existing problems and makes the calibration process of micro resistivity imaging logging tool faster and more accurate.
