In this paper, a new double-color free-cut warp knitted fabric was developed by knitting two needle space open tricot structure on high speed Tricot warp knitting machine with bright nylon yarn and round-light modified polyester, and spandex yarn was also applied. The knitting process, dyeing and finishing process and precautions were described in detail, and the fabric elongation performance and snagging properties were tested. The results show that the developed double-color free-cut warp knitted fabric has good elastic properties, snagging grade, tensile properties, bright beautiful color and luster with double-color different gloss when viewing in different directions. It is not easy to curl with free-cut property and good wearability, which can be used to make underwear or sports-pants.
