摘要
采用方铅矿纯矿物在全密封智能环保型棒磨机中进行磨矿试验,考察磨罐内钢棒填充率、钢棒直径装填级配、磨机转速率、磨矿时间和矿浆浓度等因素对磨矿效率的影响,确定最佳磨矿条件。结果表明,全密封智能环保型棒磨机操作便利,简单可行,磨矿效果好。在该磨机中介质填充率为45%,钢棒装填级配为2∶1∶1∶1,磨机转速率为65%,矿浆浓度为60%,磨矿时间为7min时,磨矿效率最佳,合格粒级产品产率可达到74.12%。
To determine the optimum grinding conditions,the effect of filling rate of steel bar,filling gradation of steel bar diameter,grinding speed rate,grinding time and slurry concentration on grinding efficiency were investigated by using pure galena in fully sealed intelligent environment-friendly bar mill.The results show that when the medium filling rate is 45%,the steel bar filling gradation is 2:1:1:1,the rotating speed of the mill is 65%,the pulp concentration is 60%,and the grinding time is 7 min,the grinding efficiency is the best,and the yield of the qualified granular product can reach 74.12 %.
