摘要
将SOA与BPM结合,通过SOA和Web Service指导架构设计和技术工具选择,构建柔性化森林经营管理决策系统。系统采用SaaS云计算环境部署配置、采用Spring MVC框架三层架构、基于Activiti 5引擎进行业务流程管理、使用RESTful轻架构设计Web Service服务接口组成柔性技术模型。该模型能够提高系统的可扩展性与灵活性,为后期集成国有林管理局其它异构系统提供技术基础。应用结果表明:该平台系统具有柔性和敏捷性,能够在业务变化时快速响应,并且允许对外部异构系统服务进行访问,验证了所构建模型的柔性基础。
        ⑴ Background——The traditional forestry informationization system construction has some shortcomings,which affect the fine management and efficient production demand of forest management business.Based on the forest management business,it is of great significance to develop and design a flexible information system with the idea of SOA for the scientific development and control of forestry economy.⑵ Methods——Combining SOA with BPM,through SOA and Web Service to guide the architecture design and technology tool selection,a flexible forest management decision-making system is constructed.The system adopts SaaS cloud computing environment deployment and configuration and the three-layer structure of Spring MVC framework.Based on Activiti 5 engine to implement business process management,a flexible technology model is formed by using RESTful lightweight architecture to design Web Service interface.⑶ Results——The process is expressed in BPMN 2.0 language to achieve process scalability.In addition,the business activities are classified and aggregated by component business model,and the service is extracted for BPM invocation.The constructed system provides information management and process supervision mode for traditional forest tending business.In the face of policy adjustment and business process change,depending on the flexibility and agility,the system can be expanded and maintained flexibly and quickly.The application results show that the platform system is able to respond quickly to business changes,and allows access to external heterogeneous system services,verifying the flexible foundation of the built model.In the follow-up work,the system will be continuously improved to integrate the interaction points between the existing national certification system,certificate refund system,Jiuqi statement management system,UFIDA financial management system,forest survey data statistics system and the system process of the State-owned Forestry Administration,and services will be encapsulated,published and invoked through the idea of SOA.⑷ Conclusions and Discussions——Relevant technologies are selected to build a flexible system to provide a technical basis for later integration of other heterogeneous system services.In the process of forestry informatization,the integrated application of SOA services in forestry industry will make up for the obstacles of business integration caused by decentralization of Grass-roots System Construction and the defects of index decision-making caused by data sharing difficulties,and provide the theoretical and technical framework support needed to guide the comprehensive construction and later improvement of forestry industry information system,so as to improve the fine management and efficient development of forestry industry.In the later stage of forestry informationization construction,it is suggested to unify and optimize the process,reduce information dispersion,integrate the traditional forest fire management system,forest survey system,account management system and other single systems into the overall business process,pay attention to the process supervision and management of forestry infrastructure construction through intelligent forestry system,and collect forestry system data to support management decision-making.
