摘要
目的:以不同的扭矩植入牙种植体,对种植体-骨结合界面进行组织学研究。方法:4只beagle犬的下颌骨分别植入8枚BLBⅢ牙种植体,进行植入扭矩≤15N·cm(A组)、25N·cm(B组)、35N·cm(C组)及≥45N·cm(D组)四组实验。32枚种植体随机分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ两组。两个月后处死动物,标本进行HE染色、亚甲基蓝-酸性品红染色。镜下观察种植体-骨结合界面的反应。结果:32枚种植体均无松动脱落,Ⅰ组新骨较Ⅱ组明显增多。B、C组界面见大量成骨细胞,部分区域出现骨基质。结论:相较于植入扭矩≤15N·cm(A组)、≥45N·cm(D组),植入扭矩25N·cm(B组)、35N·cm(C组)更利于BLBⅢ牙种植体-骨结合。
        Objective: To insert dental implants with different insertion torque and analyze the influences of osseointegration between dental implants and surrounding bones. Methods: Select 4 healthy adult beagle dogs as experimental subjects, each dog will insert eight implants. In accordance with the Latin square experimental design methods, we can determine the insertion torque of each site: ≤15N·cm(group A), 25N·cm(group B), 35N·cm(group C)and≥45N·cm(group D). 32 implants were randomly divided into two groups:andⅡ. After 2 months, 4 dogs were sacrificed. The samples undergone HE staining as well as methylene blue acid fuchsin staining and then analyzed by optical microscope observation. Results: All implants were success. New bones growed more actively in groupⅠthan in group Ⅱ.A lot of osteoblast as well as bone matrix were found in group B and group C. Conclusions: For BLBⅢ, compared to insertion torque≤15N·cm(group A) and≥45N·cm(group D), implants with insertion torque of 25N·cm(group B)and 35N·cm(group C)have better osseointegration.
