摘要
目的:观察浓缩生长因子在上颌后牙区骨量不足种植修复病例中的临床应用。方法:对20例上颌后牙区严重骨量不足的患者进行上颌窦底提升术,应用浓缩生长因子和Bio-Oss骨粉混合物进行种植骨增量手术,同期植入种植体31颗,记录植入扭矩,分别于术后1周、术后6个月完成上部修复结构后拍摄CBCT以观察骨增量情况。结果:20例患者术前平均剩余骨高度约(3.63±0.49)mm,术后1周上颌窦底平均提升高度为(6.79±0.95)mm,6个月后31颗种植体均实现骨结合,完成上部修复结构后测得上颌窦底平均提升高度为(6.53±0.87)mm。结论:浓缩生长因子和Bio-Oss骨粉混合物用于上颌窦底提升术获得了良好的临床效果。
        Objective: To evaluate predictability of new bone formation in the maxillary posterior edentulous with insufficient residual bone height using concentrated growth factor. Methods: A total of 20 patients with severe insufficient residual bone height of maxillary posterior edentulous were consecutively performed using the transcrestal sinus elevation. The concentrated growth factor and Bio-Oss bone granules were mixed and inserted into the sinus. Thirty-one implants were placed simultaneously and the insertion torques were recorded. Cone-beam computed tomography( CBCT) was taken and the residual bone heights were measured 1 week later. The restorations were finished and CBCT was taken again after 6 months. Residual bone heights were measured and the increased bone heights were analyzed. Results: The average residual bone height was( 3. 63 ± 0. 49) mm before sinus augmentation. New bone consolidation in all patients was observed along the implants on cone-beam computed tomograms. The residual bone heights increased( 6. 79 ± 0. 95) mm at 1 week after implant insertion. Six months later,the superstructures were restored,and the residual bone heights increased( 6. 53 ± 0. 87) mm. Conclusion: Good clinical outcomes can be achieved by mixture of concentrated growth factor and Bio-Oss bone granules in maxillary sinus augmentation.
