基于PDCA理论的国际商务酒店绩效管理优化研究——以北京乾元国际商务酒店为例

绩效管理是现代人力资源管理的重要组成部分。高效的绩效管理不仅可以发挥人的潜能,还可以充分调动人的积极性、主动性和创造性。目前,我国旅游企业员工的忠诚度不高,企业留不住人才,导致企业经营管理出现问题。文章以北京乾元国际商务酒店为例,根据PDCA循环理论分析研究了酒店运营实践中出现的绩效问题,并对酒店的绩效管理提出了一些建设性的建议。
Performance management is an important part of modern human resource management. Efficient performance management can not only exert people's potential, but also fully mobilize people's enthusiasm, initiative and creativity. At present, there are still some problems in the performance management of tourism enterprises in China, which results in the poor loyalty among some employees and the failure to retain talents in some enterprieses. Taking Beijing Qianyuan international business hotel as an example, this paper analyzes performance problems in the hotel operation practices, and puts forward some constructive suggestions on improving the performance management of the hotel.
