<正>1879年法国外科医生Paul Segond发现膝关节前外侧区域存在一条珍珠样白色的纤维韧带结构,膝关节内旋时可引起该结构紧张,并能导致胫骨近段前外侧撕脱性骨折。后人将这种骨折命名为Segond骨折。1979年Woods等~([1])提出Segond骨折是前交叉韧带(anterior cruciate ligament,ACL)断裂的间接征象,因其多伴有ACL的断裂。大多数外科医生认为Segond骨折仅仅是ACL断裂的间接征象,因此并没有进一
