子宫背带式缝合对宫缩乏力性剖宫产手术产后出血的治疗效果及对患者预后指标的影响分析

摘要
目的探讨分析子宫背带式缝合对宫缩乏力性剖宫产手术产后出血的治疗效果及对患者预后指标的影响。方法选取本院收治的宫缩乏力性剖宫产手术产后出血患者共120例,根据随机对照、平行、单盲的原则将其分为对照组和观察组各60例,对照组宫缩乏力性剖宫产手术产后出血患者采用常规的宫腔填纱联合子宫动脉上行支缝扎手术进行止血,观察组宫缩乏力性剖宫产手术产后出血患者采用子宫背带式缝合治疗。结果观察组患者手术时间为(62.13±10.12)min,有效控制出血时间为(6.78±0.69)min,术后24h出血量为(427.13±61.84),输血例数为7(11.67%);对照组患者手术时间为(74.05±15.04)min,有效控制出血时间为(8.07±1.16)min,术后24h出血量为(647.47±87.29),输血例数为19(31.67%),对照组手术时间、术后24h出血量、有效控制出血时间以及输血例数远大于观察组;观察组患者的止血有效率96.67%明显高于对照组88.33%(P<0.05)具有统计学意义。结论子宫背带式缝合治疗宫缩乏力性剖宫产手术产后出血的疗效十分良好,手术时间短,术后输血少,止血效果好。
Objective To investigate the effect of uterine strap suture on postpartum hemorrhage in uterine atony cesarean section and its influence on prognostic indicators.Methods 120 cases of postpartum hemorrhage after uterine atony cesarean section were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the principle of randomized control,parallel and single-blind.The control group was treated with routine uterine cavity filling gauze combined with ascending uterine artery suture for postpartum hemorrhage after uterine atony cesarean section.Hemostasis was performed in the observation group.The patients with postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section due to uterine atony were treated with uterine strap suture.Results The operation time of the observation group was(62.13 + 10.12) min,the effective control time was(6.78 + 0.69) min,the bleeding volume was(427.13 +61.84) and the number of transfusion cases was 7(11.67%).The operation time of the control group was(74.05+15.04)min,the effective control time was(8.07+1.16) min,and the 24 hours after operation.The amount of bleeding was(647.47+87.29) and the number of blood transfusion cases was 19(31.67%).The operation time,the amount of bleeding 24 hours after operation,the effective control of bleeding time and the number of blood transfusion cases in the control group were much larger than those in the observation group.The hemostatic effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(88.33%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Uterine strap suture is effective in treating postpartum hemorrhage in uterine atony cesarean section,with short operation time,less blood transfusion and good hemostasis effect.
