摘要
为了获得低毒脂肪酸单酰胺缓蚀剂,以十二烯基丁二酸和单乙醇胺为原料合成十二烯基丁二酸单乙醇酰胺。利用红外光谱仪对产物结构进行表征;通过旋转挂片失重法及电化学方法考察了十二烯基丁二酸单乙醇酰胺在低温HCl+H2S中对A3钢的缓蚀效果,并采用扫描电镜观察腐蚀形貌。结果表明:缓蚀剂浓度为75 mg/L,搅拌转速为90 r/min,腐蚀温度为50℃,时间为6 h条件下,十二烯基丁二酸单乙醇酰胺缓蚀剂的缓蚀率高达94.37%。
        Dodecencvlsuccinic acid monoethanol amide was synthesized with dodecencylsuccinic acid and monoethanolamine as the raw materials.The chemical structure of as-synthesized product was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectrometry.Rotary weigh- loss method and electrochemical testing method were used to investigate the corrosion inhibition efficiency of as-synthesized product for A3 steel in HCl + H_2S solution under low temperature.The morphology of the corroded surface of A3 steel was observed with a scanning electron microscope.Results showed that as-synthesized dodecencylsuccinic acid monoethanol amide was able to effectively inhibit the corrosion of A3 steel in HC1 + H_2S solution.Particularly,under inhibitor concentration of75 mg/L,corrosive medium temperature of 50℃,stirring paddle speed of 90 r/min,and immersion time of 6 h in corrosive medium,the corrosion inhibition efficiency was as much as 94.37%.
