摘要

高德(珠江新城F2-4地块)项目,南塔办公楼与北塔办公楼及酒店之间是6层26 m高的商业裙楼屋面玻璃采光顶钢屋盖,应用跨外平台拼装、逐段累积、同步滑移的施工工艺进行钢屋盖结构安装,应用简易吊篮技术进行玻璃结构安装,解决了吊装大型构件而大型吊装设备受施工条件限制无法应用,搭设满堂脚手架施工费用高、造成其他工种无法同步施工的难题,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。
        This article described a 6-floor,total 26m commercial annex building between the south & north office tower of Grande project.The installation of steel roof for glass skylight used the construction technology of cantilever platform assembly,piecewise cumulative and synchronous sliding.Simple cradle equipment is used for glass structure installation which has successfully solved un-availability of super hoisting equipment due to site constraints and high cost of full high scaffolding which also caused other works cannot be conducted at the same time.It has been proved to be a good solution with cost efficiency and social benefit.
