超声引导下泡沫硬化治疗小隐静脉曲张的临床疗效分析

摘要
目的研究超声引导下泡沫硬化治疗小隐静脉的技术及效果。方法选取重庆医科大学附属第一医院血管外科2016年8月～2017年1月收治的32例小隐静脉曲张患者作为研究对象,31例为单侧下肢;其中1例为双侧下肢。采用超声引导下泡沫硬化剂(聚多卡醇)一次性硬化栓塞小隐静脉主干及曲张静脉,并对患者术后3个月定期随访,了解小隐静脉闭塞情况及术后并发症情况。结果 32例下肢均成功注射泡沫硬化剂,随访3个月,31例下肢小隐静脉主干达到完全闭塞,无一例深静脉血栓、肺栓塞、腓肠神经损伤等严重并发症的发生。结论泡沫硬化治疗下肢小隐静脉曲张,疗效显著,安全性高。
Objective To study the technique and effect of ultrasound-guided foam sclerotherapy for small saphenous vein.Methods32 patients with small saphenous varices who underwent vascular surgery from the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from August 2016 to January 2017 were enrolled.31 patients were unilateral lower extremities;one of them was bilateral lower extremities.Ultrasound-guided foam sclerosing agent(polydoxanol)was used to embolize the small saphenous vein trunk and varicose veins at one time,and the patients were followed up regularly for 3 months after operation to understand the small saphenous vein occlusion and postoperative complications.Results 32 cases of lower extremity were successfully injected with foam sclerosing agent.After 3 months of follow-up,31 cases of small saphenous vein of the lower extremity reached complete occlusion,and no serious complications such as deep vein thrombosis,pulmonary embolism and sural nerve injury occurred.Conclusion Foam sclerotherapy is effective in treating small saphenous veins of the lower extremities with high efficacy.
