摘要
目的:探索多元化培训在中医院新入职护士基本生命支持培训中的应用效果。方法:选取本院2018年新入职护士168人,分为试验组和对照组各84人,分别采用多元化培训法和AHA心肺复苏培训模式完成两次基本生命支持培训,两次培训间隔3个月,每次培训前后针对理论和技能进行考核。结果:试验组知识和技能操作考核结果与对照组具有同样效果,且3个月后试验组技能保留较好。结论:多元化培训方法有利于新入职护士基本生命支持培训和技能保留,从而促进新入职护士的成长,值得推广与应用。
