摘要
随着我国核电事业进入快速发展时期,核电技术装备自主化、国产化势在必行,自主设计、自主制造是核电设备国产化的要求。针对CPR1000堆型,在原国外设计的基础上,经过国内设计单位的引进、消化、吸收、国内制造厂的工艺优化、国内材料供应商的试验开发,硼注箱实现了自主设计和自主制造。本研究从硼注箱国产化材料20MnHR的化学成分、力学性能入手,对该材料的焊接性进行分析研究,在分析的基础上实施合适的焊接工艺评定,从而制定合格的焊接工艺指导书,用于核电站硼注箱的制造,完成硼注箱国产化材料20MnHR的焊接,实现硼注箱制造的自主化、国产化。
        With the rapid development of nuclear power industry in china,it is imperative to make nuclear power technology and equipment independence,it is necessary to design and manufacture nuclear power equipment independently. For CPR1000,on the basis of the original foreign design,though the introduction,digestion,absorption of domestic design units,the process optimization of domestic manufacturing plants,the experimental development of domestic material suppliers,boron injection tank self-design and independent manufacturing have been realized. In this article,analyzing the chemical component and mechanical property of 20 MnHR of domestic material for boron injection tank and experimenting the property of welding,actualize welding procedure qualification under welding property analyzing,thus the qualified welding procedure specification can be worked out to carry out welding,which can be used in the manufacture of boron injection tank in nuclear station,the welding of domestic material 20 MnHR for boron injection tank can be completed and the independence and localization of boron injection tank can be realized.
