摘要
槽电压是铜电解生产的重要技术指标之一,是影响直流电耗的重要因素。由于受电流密度、电解液成分以及温度、阳极组成等因素的影响而使槽电压波动范围较大,控制难度大,对电耗影响大。通过影响槽电压的主要因素进行分析,找到了稳定铜电解生产过程槽电压的方法,降低了不必要的电耗。
The cell voltageis one of the importanttechnical indicators in electrolyticcopperproduction, and also an important factor which affecting the DC power consumption. Due to the impacts of current density, electrolyte composition, temperature, anode compositionand other factors, theanodecell voltagefluctuation rangeis large, difficult to control,a largeinfluenceonpower consumption. In this paper, the main factors which affecting the cell voltage are analyzed, the method of stabilizing the cell voltage in copper electrolysis process is found and the unnecessary power consumption is reduced.
