摘要
水下连接器服役期间密封性能退化现象客观存在,为准确获得不同时刻连接器的密封性能指标,考虑密封面接触应力和有效接触长度对水下连接器密封性能的影响,以密封接触强度为连接器密封性能评价指标,建立连接器密封性能有限元分析模型,结合Norsok腐蚀速率预测模型,获得不同时刻连接器密封接触强度指标。以此作为密封性能退化数据,根据密封性能退化过程随机性与不可逆性特点,采用Gamma过程建立连接器密封性能退化随机模型,形成水下连接器密封性能退化模型建模新方法。
        The degradation phenomenon of sealing performance for sub-sea connector is objective presence. In order to obtain the sealing performance index of sub-sea connector at different moments accurately,the finite element model of sealing performance analysis is established,in which the seal contact strength is introduced as the evaluate index to consider the influence of contact stress and contact length on sealing performance. And the values of seal contact strength at different moments are obtained combined with the Norsok prediction model of corrosion rate. Taking the obtained values of seal contact strength as sealing performance degradation sample,a stochastic model of sub-sea connector sealing performance degradation based on Gamma process is presented,considering the randomness and irreversibility of the sealing performance degradation process. Then,a novel modeling approach of sub-sea connector sealing performance degradation is formed.
