摘要
川西超深井固井面临封固井段长、同一裸眼井段存在多压力系统,安全密度窗口窄,采用常规固井,在满足顶替效率的前提下,必然造成井漏;若采用正注反打工艺,固井质量又难以满足后期改造需求。为此,开展了超深井固井井段压力窗口值测试、保证顶替效率条件下的施工排量模拟、保证压稳和防漏的浆柱结构优化和井口压力控制的研究,初步形成了一套超深井精细控压平衡法固井技术。该技术在川西地区5口井开展现场试验,取得了较好的效果,固井平均合格率达90. 52%,因而这项技术具有广阔的应用前景。
Cementing in ultradeep wells in western Sichuan is featured with long cementing intervals,multiple pressure systems in a single openhole interval,and narrow fluid density safety window. Adopting conventional cementing will often lead to lost circulation if displacement efficiency is to be ensured. And the cementing quality will not be good enough for later stimulation need if cement pumping through both casing and annulus.Therefore study is made on how to measure pressure window at the interval to be cementing,how to simulate to determine the pump rate on condition the displacement efficiency ensured,and the cementing string optimization and wellhead pressure control ensuring no kick no loss,and a set of precise managed pressure cementing method is set up for ultradeep wells. It has been used in five wells in CX and good results have been achieved. The average cementing success rate is 90. 52%. This technology will hav a broad application prospect.
