视网膜色素变性传统疗法的临床研究

摘要
目的:观察中医疗法治疗视网膜色素变性的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析28例视网膜色素变性患者,应用中医疗法治疗后观察其临床疗效。结果:治疗28例(56眼)视力显效25眼,好转19眼,总有效率78.6%;视野显效26例,好转20例,总有效率82.1%,所有病例针刺和辨证口服中药未发现有全身不良反应。结论:运用中医疗法治疗视网膜色素变性在临床上有较好疗效,能显著改善患者的视觉质量。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effects in the treatments of the pigmentary degeneration of retina by using Integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine. Methods: 15 cases of RP were treated using Integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine,including acupuncture,injection of drugs at an acupuncture point,and oral Chinese Medicine,retrospectively analyzed the clinical effects. Results: 28 eyes( 56 eyes) were cured,25 eyes were improved,19 eyes were improved,the total effective rate was 78. 6%; 26 cases of visual field were markedly effective,20 cases were improved,the total effective rate was82. 1%. All of the patients have not the untoward effects using the treating methods. Concusion: Using Integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine had Good clinical curative effect,and can significant improve the visual quality of the RP patients.
