微信辅助教学法在口腔颌面外科住院医师规范化培训中的应用探索

摘要
住院医师规范化培训是医学生培养的重要组成部分,已经有越来越多的临床教师将微信应用于临床教学中。微信辅助口腔颌面外科住院医师规范化培训,具有能提升规培生的独立诊疗技能,培养良好的临床诊治思维,帮助学生获得优质医学资源,也能让带教老师教学方法多元化发展等优点。在口腔颌面外科住院医师规范化培训中,可以推广这种培训教育方式。
The residents' standardized training in hospital is an important part of medical students training.More and more clinical teachers have applied We Chat to clinical teaching.We apply the We Chat app to help residents' standardized training in hospital in oral and maxillofacial surgery.It can help residents to improve the independent diagnosis and treatment skills and thinking,to help access high-quality medical resources,but also to teach teaching teachers to diversify and so on.It is a recommended mode of education to apply We Chat assistant teaching method in standardized training of residents in oral and maxillofacial surgery
