参苓承气汤治疗腹腔内高压脾虚气滞证疗效研究
摘要
目的:观察参苓承气汤对脾虚气滞型腹腔内高压的干预效果。方法:60例脾虚气滞型腹腔内高压患者随机分成试验组和对照组,在西医治疗基础上,试验组加用参苓承气汤口服及灌肠治疗,治疗组加用枸橼酸莫沙必利片鼻饲及甘油溶液灌肠,疗程7 d,观察两组治疗后腹围、腹内压、中医证候疗效指数的改善情况及住院时间。结果:治疗第7天试验组腹腔压为(10.13±0.27) mmHg,中医症候群疗效指数试验组为(57.63±18.57)。试验组住院时间为(11.6±2.074) d,与对照组比较,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组腹围为(89.60±6.73) cm,与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:参苓承气汤口服及灌肠可减低腹腔内高压,改善中医各项症候,缩短住院时间。
