夹钳式电梯曳引钢丝绳端接装置的检验与分析

摘要
随着电梯技术的不断发展,电梯安装技术和工艺也在不断的进步,这就需要电梯相关部件也随着技术的发展而不断创新。目前在电梯超高层安装技术领域流行的发展趋势是使用移动机房安装技术,电梯可根据施工需要改变提升高度,改变高度过程中钢丝绳不用更换,在这种技术下,夹钳式钢丝绳端接装置孕育而生。为了更好的对夹钳式钢丝绳端接装置进行针对性的检验,本文通过对夹钳式钢丝绳端接装置的主要特殊结构特点及技术要求进行分析,提出了对其检验的重点要求,为以后检验工作提供一定帮助。
With the development of elevator technology, the installation techniques and processes have also constantly improved, as the continuous innovation in components related to elevators is in great need because of the significant improvement in technology. At present, the popular development trend in the elevator installation of sky-scrappers is to use the mobile-installation technology. The elevator can change the lift height according to the construction needs, and the cord does not need to be replaced during the height change process. The clamp-type cord termination device was introduced through this technology. In order to better carry out the targeted inspection of the clamp-type cord termination device, this work puts forward the key requirements for its inspection under the guidance of analysis on main special structural features and techniques of the clamp-type cord termination device, and the requirement will provide some help in the following inspection.
