摘要
在社会多元化发展背景下,文化产业领域得到了发展契机,随之通过网络渠道、自媒体渠道等不断发展,现已成为社会经济产出的中坚力量。但文化产业的发展,导致其内部结构发生了重大变化,相应对人才的需求也需要进行调整。面对这一变化,许多文化产业还没有找到正确的方向,导致其管理人才培养存在许多问题,因此,需了解现代文化产业管理人才培养正确方向以及实际存在的问题,并对各问题的解决路径进行分析。
Under the background of diversified development of society, the field of cultural industry has got the opportunity for development.With the continuous development of network channels and media channels, the field of cultural industry has become the backbone of social and economic output. However, the development of cultural industry has led to significant changes in its internal structure, and the demand for talents also needs to be adjusted correspondingly. In the face of this change, many cultural industries have not found the right direction, leading to many problems existing in its management personnel training. Therefore, it is necessary to understand the correct direction of management personnel training in modern cultural industry and the actual problems, and to analyze the solutions to the problems.
