摘要
介入放射学是继内科、外科之后的新兴临床学科,以其微创、精确、见效快等特点受到了国内外医学界的高度重视,在国内得到迅猛发展。然而,各地介入从业医师诊疗水平却存在明显发展不平衡的现状,传统以患者为实践对象的介入医师培训模式学习曲线较长,在当前医患关系紧张的环境下,这种培训方式显然已经难以为继。培训方式从以病人为中心向以受训者为中心的模式转变已成为迫切需要。模拟医学教育以其安全性、可重复性、真实性等优势逐渐被应用于介入治疗等外科手术技能的培训,并获得了满意的效果。
        Interventional radiology is a new clinical subject besides internal medicine and surgery.Since it's minimally invasive,accurate and effective,it is highly valued by medical specialists at home and abroad and has developed rapidly in China.However,there are obvious development imbalances in the level of interventional physicians among different regions.The interventional physicians have long learning curves in traditional training model with patients as the object of the practice.Especially in the current situation of tense doctor-patient relationship,this training method is obviously hard to continue.The shift from a patient-centered approach to a trainee-centered model has become an urgent need.Medical simulation education are gradually applied to interventional therapy and other surgical skills training for its safety,repeatability,fidelity and other advantages,and achieved satisfactory results.
