摘要
通过采取各种措施来降低能耗,对降低设备的前期投资和后期运行成本有着非常大的意义。特别是在连续带式输送机的方案设计阶段,对影响功率的诸个因素进行客观分析,重点分析新型输送带和低旋阻滚筒、低旋阻托辊等因素对功耗的影响。按照国家或行业的相关标准进行驱动功率计算时,重点分析比较了模拟摩擦系数、胶带线密度、物料线密度等系数的影响和取值,使该系数的取值最优、最合理,从而达到节能降耗的目的,最后的设计实例予以了证明。
        Take various measures to ruduce energy consumption. It has great significance for us to reduce the upfront investment and operation cost of the equipment. Especially in the continuous conveyor design stage,according to analyse the main factors affecting power, such as a new type of conveyor belt, roller and drum of lower rolling resistance, we can control and adjust them to reduce consumption, it is very important. When we calculate the driving power in accordance with the relevant standards of calculation, we must focuse on analysis and comparison of the value of friction coefficient,conveyor belt line density, material line density and other coefficients. As long as the values of these coefficients is the most reasonable, we can achieve the purpose of energy saving, this point is proved by design example.
