摘要
CANDU-6型重水堆二号停堆系统在进行区域功率回路试验过程中,出现多次脱扣的故障。通过对试验回路进行分析,找出故障的直接原因是试验回路继电器的触点动作时间不一致,在继电器动作瞬间产生了干扰信号。针对继电器触点动作不一致采取了增加电阻电容的滤波回路,消除了继电器在动作瞬间的干扰,彻底解决了区域功率回路试验过程中出现多次脱扣的故障。
        During the regional power loop test of CANDU-6 heavy water reactor No. 2 shutdown system, several tripping failures occurred. Through the analysis of the test circuit, it is found that the direct cause of the failure is the inconsistent contact action time of the relay in the test circuit, which produces interference signal at the instant of the relay action. In view of the inconsistent action of the relay contacts, a filter circuit with additional resistance and capacitance is adopted to eliminate the interference of the relay in the instantaneous action and completely solve the problem of multiple tripping in the process of the regional power circuit test.
