摘要
通过在纯镁中添加具有良好生物相容性的Zn、Mn及Ca元素,制备出Mg_((100-x-y-z))-Zn_x-Mn_y-Ca_z四元合金。采用激光共聚显微镜观察了经EIS测试后的电极表面腐蚀三维形貌。采用EIS和EN方法,得出噪声电阻Rn值大小,优选出了最佳耐蚀性能的铸态合金成分。
Mg_((100-x-y-z))-Zn_x-Mn_y-Ca_z quaternary alloy was prepared by adding Zn, Mn and Ca elements into pure Mg, which have good biocompatibility. The three-dimensional corrosion morphology of electrode surface after EIS test was observed by using laser scanning confocal microscopy. By EIS and EN method, the value of noise resiseance Rncan be obtained. Then,the best composition of as-cast alloys with excellet corrosion resistance are selected.
