摘要
利用迁移平衡试验,研究BPA、BADGE在不同温度和不同食品模拟液下的迁移分配,分析讨论温度、食品模拟液和化学物分子结构对金属罐内涂环氧树脂中化学物分配系数的影响。结果表明:温度升高,分配系数减小;化学物分子结构越复杂,分配系数越大;食品模拟液极性、对材料的溶胀及对化学物溶解性等对分配系数影响比较显著。
        Study the migration of BPA and BADGE under different temperatures and different kinds of food simulation liquid by the test of balance of migration,and analyze the effect of temperature.Food simulation liquid was molecular structure on partition coefficients of chemical migration.The result showed that KP/F decreased with temperature increasing;The more complex chemical molecular structure was,the larger partition coefficient was;The polarity of food simulation liquid,the ability to swell materials and dissolve the chemical had significant influence on the partition coefficient.
