摘要

水利水电工程是各国的基本国民工程,对水资源的合理分配和缓解能源危机有重要的作用。论文阐释了水利水电工程施工和管理水平的重要性,分析了水利水电项目的施工要点,综述了水利水电项目的工程管理措施,对当前的水利水电工程进展进行了分析。
        Water conservancy and hydropower projects are the basic national projects of various countries, which play an important role in rational allocation of water resources and mitigation of energy crisis. This paper expounds the importance of construction and management level of water conservancy and hydropower projects, analyzes the construction points of water conservancy and hydropower projects, summarizes the project management measures of water conservancy and hydropower projects, and analyzes the current progress of water conservancy and hydropower projects.
