摘要

我校根据农业高校电气类相关专业培养需求与专业定位,以地方电力行业人才需求为导向,建立了"五五制"培养模式框架,进行了电气类应用型人才培养模式的改革与探索,在课程建设、平台建设、人才培养等方面取得了阶段性成果,并提出了进一步的改革思考。
        According to the cultivation demands and specialty objectives of electrical related majors in agricultural colleges and universities, guided by the talent demand of local electric power industry, our school has established the "five-five-system" training mode framework. The reform and exploration of the training mode of electrical applied talents are carried out. Periodic results are achieved in curriculum construction, platform construction and personnel training. Further reform suggestions for are put forward.
