根管填充环氧树脂类糊剂治疗成人牙髓病及根尖周炎的疗效研究

摘要
目的:探讨根管填充环氧树脂类糊剂治疗成人牙髓病及根尖周炎的临床效果。方法:将84例牙髓病及根尖周炎患者分为对照组和研究组,每组各42例。两组均采用根管填充疗法,对照组给予氢氧化钙糊剂+牙胶尖填充,研究组给予环氧树脂类糊剂+牙胶尖填充。检测两组治疗前后白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、IL-6、C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)表达变化,评估临床疗效并统计根管治疗期间急症(interappointment emergencies,IAE)发生情况。结果:治疗后,两组患者IL-4表达升高,IL-6、hs-CRP下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组的上述指标变化较对照组更显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组IAE发生率相较无显著差异(P>0.05),但研究组IAE程度分级和临床疗效分级明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:根管填充环氧树脂类糊剂治疗成人牙髓病及根尖周炎效果明显,对抑制炎症反应、减轻患者疼痛和增加疗效作用显著。
Objective:To investigate the curative effect of root canal filling epoxy resin paste on adult pulp disease and periapical periodontitis.Methods:A total of 84 patients with pulp disease and periapical periodontitis were randomly divided into the control group and the research group,each group had 42 cases.Both groups were treated with root canal filling therapy.The patients in the control group were treated with calcium hydroxide paste and gum tip filling,while the patients in the study group were treated with epoxy resin paste and gum tip filling.The expressions of inflammatory cytokines IL-4,IL-6 and hs-CRP were detected before and after treatment,and the clinical efficacy and incidence of pain were evaluated.Results:After treatment,the expression of IL-4 increased,the levels of IL-6 and hs-CRP decreased in the two groups(P<0.05).The changes of the above indexes in the study group were more significant than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of pain between the two groups(P>0.05),but the grading of pain degree and clinical efficacy in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Root canal filling epoxy resin paste has obvious effect on adult pulp disease and periapical periodontitis,and it has significant effect on inhibiting inflammation,relieving pain and increasing the curative effect.
