摘要
浙江省某重金属和多环芳烃复合污染场地用作房地产开发前需对其进行修复治理和风险管控。对于本地块,重金属铬污染土壤修复目标值执行《地下水质量标准》(GB14848-1993)IV类标准,多环芳烃苯并[a]芘污染土壤修复目标值执行浙江省《污染场地风险评估技术导则》中要求。对未开发区块污土采用原位化学氧化、异位化学氧化和异位固化稳定化进行修复,使其达到修复目标值,达标率100%;对于已建楼层下污染区块,采用防渗墙和阻隔风险管控,满足后期土地利用开发需求。修复过程中采取二次污染防控措施,各项指标均满足要求。
        A retired industrial site in Zhejiang Province needs to be renovated and managed before its use for real estate development. For local blocks, the target values for remediation of chromium-contaminated soils are in accordance with Groundwater Quality Standard(GB14848-1993) IV. At the same time, the target values for remediation of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon benzo [a] pyrene-contaminated soils are in line with the requirements of Zhejiang Province's Technical Guidelines for Risk Assessment of Contaminated Sites. In-situ chemical oxidation, heterotopic chemical oxidation and heterotopic solidification stabilization are used to remediate the undeveloped blocks, so that the target value of remediation can be reached, with a standard rate of 100 %. For the built blocks,anti-seepage walls and barrier risk control are used to meet the needs of land use development in the later stage. Various measures have been taken to control secondary pollution in the process of restoration, while indicators meet the requirements.
