消除贫困是构建人类命运共同体的重要议题

摘要
构建人类命运共同体是我国对全球发展和解决各种全球问题提出的重大命题和重要思想,人类命运共同体不是一个贫穷的"共同体",构建人类命运共同体为世界消除贫困事业指明了正确发展方向。贫困问题是当今世界发展中国家的一道难题,也是构建人类命运共同体理念本身所蕴含的重要内容。立足于共建人类命运共同体,携手消除贫困,符合全球人民的共同利益,也是全人类的共同使命和奋斗目标。只有建立在全人类通力合作、携手同舟、互帮互助的基础上,消除贫困才有实现的现实基础。不断推动发展是消除贫困的"硬道理",而以人类命运共同体理念为指导,形成平衡普惠的发展模式是在构建没有贫困的人类命运共同体过程中解决如何发展的有效方法。
As an important proposition posed by China for improving global development and solving various global problems,the community of human destiny is not a"community"of poverty.The construction of the community of human destiny shows the correct direction for the world’s poverty eradication.Poverty is a difficult problem for developing countries in the world today,as well as an important part of the concept of community of human destiny.Working together to eradicate poverty based on a community of human destiny is in the common interest of the global people and the common mission and goal of all mankind.Only on the basis of the cooperation,cooperation and mutual assistance of all mankind can poverty eradication be realized.Continuous development is the"absolute principle"of poverty eradication.Being guided by the concept of human destiny community to form a balanced and inclusive development model is an effective way to solve the problem of development in the process of building a community of human destiny without poverty.
