摘要

目的分析加强输血检验的质量控制在减少输血安全事件发生的作用。方法选取158例患者,随机分组,仅观察组在输血治疗前实施输血检验质量控制,比较两组输血安全事件发生的几率和相关影响因素。结果对照组输血安全事件发生率为12.66%,观察组未出现输血不良事件;通过分析得知配血问题、输血传染、血液质量、职业暴露及患者的体质是导致不良事件发生的主要原因。结论加强输血检验的质量控制能够有效减少输血安全事件的发生。
        Objective To analyze the effect of strengthening the quality control of blood transfusion test in reducing the occurrence of blood transfusion safety events.Methods 158 patients were randomly divided into two groups.The quality control of blood transfusion was performed in the observation group only before transfusion therapy.The risk of blood transfusion safety and the influencing factors were compared.Results The incidence of blood transfusion safety in the control group was 12.66%,and there was no adverse blood transfusion in the observation group.The results showed that the blood transfusion,blood transfusion,blood quality,occupational exposure and physical condition were the main causes of adverse events.Conclusion Strengthening the quality control of blood transfusion test can effectively reduce the occurrence of blood transfusion safety events.
