微创经皮肾镜碎石取石手术个性化舒适体位护理的效果分析

摘要
目的探讨经皮肾镜碎石术(PCNL)个性化舒适体位护理的方法及效果。方法方便选取该院2017年1月—2018年1月泌尿外科接诊的84例上尿路结石行PCNL治疗患者,为其提供个性化舒适体位护理,具体包括术前访视与体位训练、术中体位护理与术后体位护理,分析术中生命体征变化、手术情况、术后随访。结果患者术中各阶段生命体征比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);手术时间为(114.41±3.57)min,术中出血量为(125.41±3.41)mL;术中舒适率92.86%,手术满意率95.24%。结论手术个性化舒适体位护理可有效控制PCNL患者术中生命体征波动,取得较好舒适效果和患者满意率。
Objective To explore the method and effect of personalized and comfortable position nursing for percutaneous nephrolithotomy(PCNL). Methods 84 patients with upper urinary calculi who underwent urology from January 2017 to January 2018 in our hospital were convenient treated with PCNL. Personalized and comfortable position care was provided, including preoperative visit and position training, middle postural nursing and postoperative postural care, analysis of changes in vital signs, operation, and postoperative follow-up. Results There were no significant differences in vital signs between the patients during the operation(P>0.05). The operation time was(114.41±3.57) min, the intraoperative blood loss was(125.41±3.41)mL, and the intraoperative comfort rate was 92.86%, the surgical satisfaction rate was 95.24%. Conclusion Surgical personalized comfortable position nursing can effectively control the fluctuation of vital signs during PCNL patients,and achieve better comfort and patient satisfaction rate.
