摘要
军民融合企业的发展对促进军民融合具有重要意义,通过实证研究军民融合企业技术创新对企业绩效的影响.结果表明,在军民融合企业的创新元素中,科技人员和开发产出能力对企业绩效具有显著的促进作用;在控制变量中,公司规模与成长性对企业绩效具有明显的促进作用.针对实证结果和我国军民融合企业的实际发展情况提出了相应的对策和建议.
        The development of civil-military integration enterprises is of great significance to promote the development of civil-military integration.Empirically studies the impact of technological innovation on enterprise performance in civil-military integration enterprises.The results show that among the innovative elements in civil-military integration enterprises,scientific and technological personnel and development output capacity have a significant role in promoting enterprise performance.In the control variables,the size and growth of enterprises have a significant role in promoting enterprise performance.According to the empirical results and the actual situation of the development of civil-military integration enterprises in China,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
