摘要

本文重点研究应对安徽省去库存非均衡的各种路径,包括大力发展租赁市场、加大非住宅类房地产去库存力度、稳定市场预期、落实城市主体责任、强调因城施策等政策措施。
        This paper focuses on the various ways to deal with the disequilibrium of destocking in Anhui province, including vigorously developing the leasing market, increasing the destocking power of non-residential real estate, stabilizing market expectations, implementing the main responsibility of the city, emphasizing the implementation of policies and measures based on the city.
