摘要

采用文献资料、数理统计、比较分析等方法,以第六次全国体育场地普查数据为依据,对泉州市各系统各单位体育场地建设和运营情况等进行横纵比较。研究表明:泉州市各系统体育场地在数量、规模和投资协同度存在很大悬殊性,高体育系统场地的运营模式采用合作运营和委托运营的比例较高,教育系统基本上以自主运营模式为主,其他系统运营模式略显多元化特征。建设"五级"完善的公共体育场地设施体系,实施公共体育设施"提档升级"工程,探索体育场馆的所有权、行业管理和监督权以及运营权分离的新模式和新路子等是泉州市体育场地建设与运营发展方略。
        Based on the census data of the sixth national sports fields,the paper made a comparative study of construction and operation of Quanzhou' s sports fields of each unit.The study shows that the amount,scale and investment of Quanzhou' s sports fields of each system are different.Fields of sports education tend to adopt cooperative operation or commissioning operation while education systems are mostly self-organizing.To improve facilities of public sports fields and to separate the ownership,industrial management and supervision as well as operating power are recommended for Quanzhou' s construction and operation of sports fields.
