自拟止崩汤加减治疗子宫腺肌病LNG-IUS后子宫异常出血的临床疗效探讨

摘要
目的探讨自拟止崩汤加减治疗子宫腺肌病放置左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统(LNG-IUS)后子宫异常出血的疗效与安全性。方法 64例经LNG-IUS治疗后出现子宫异常出血的子宫腺肌病患者随机分为两组各32例,对照组接受常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上联合自拟止崩汤加减治疗,比较两组的治疗效果、炎性因子变化以及凝血功能指标变化。结果观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组的炎性因子水平均显著优于对照组,凝血功能指标TT和APTT均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在常规治疗基础上联合应用自拟止崩汤加减能够有效提高子宫腺肌病LNG-IUS治疗后子宫异常出血的疗效,对改善炎症状态和子宫内膜局部凝血功能具有一定作用。
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of self-made modified Zhibeng decoction in the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding after the placement of levonorgestrel-releasing intrauterine system(LNG-IUS) in patients with uterine adenomyosis.Methods 64 cases of uterine adenomyosis patients who had abnormal uterine bleeding after LNG-IUS treatment were randomly divided into two groups, with 32 cases in each group. The control group received conventional treatment, while the observation group was treated with self-made modified Zhibeng decoction on the basis of conventional treatment. The curative effects, and changes of inflammatory factors and coagulation function indicators of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P <0.05). After treatment, the levels of inflammatory factors of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group, and the coagulation function indicators including TT and APTT were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P <0.05). Conclusions On the basis of conventional treatment, the combined use of self-made modified Zhibeng decoction can improve the curative effect for abnormal uterine bleeding after LNG-IUS treatment in patients with uterine adenomyosis, which has a certain effect on improving inflammatory state and local coagulation function of endometrium.
