摘要
研究性学习是一种具有创新模式的学习方法,而提高学生的素质最有效的方式就是改变学生的学习方法。本研究基于翻转课堂教学策略构建了基于翻转课堂的《现代食品工程技术进展》研究性学习教学模式,介绍了该教学模式的特征及其具体的实施过程,旨在探讨翻转课堂与研究性学习在培养食品工程技术方面人才的可行性,也可以为我国高校教学改革,特别是研究生教学改革提供借鉴。
The inquiry teaching mode possesses the advantages of innovation,and the suitable learning mode is the best way to improve the comprehensive quality of students.Based on the flipped classroom,the inquiry teaching mode of "Advance in Food Engineering and Technology" was constructed.Meanwhile,the characteristics and the procedure of the inquiry teaching were introduced,and the combined application of inquiry teaching and flipped classroom was investigated in the food engineering personnel training,which can provide help and useful information for higher education reform especially postgraduate education reform of China.
