摘要
采用投影关系探讨了在切削工况下,正前角渐开线齿廓链轮梳齿刀的设计原理和方法,证明了该刀具是符合共轭原理的,因此能正确地切制出共轭齿面的渐开线齿廓的链轮;用投影法求解梳齿刀各截面齿形最为方便和直观,有助于Solid Works三维特征造型和数控线切割加工的梳齿刀CAD/CAM技术方案的实施。该技术方案应用于刀具设计制造领域,又是一个梳齿工艺技术的比较优势所在。同时,为切制渐开线齿廓链轮开辟了一条较佳的途径,应用于高性能齿形链链轮的加工尤为便捷。
Design principle and method of tooth cutter for front rake angel involute profile sprocket is discussed by projection under condition of cutting. It is confirmed to be in line with conjugate principle. Therefore the involute profile sprocket on conjugate tooth face can be made correctly. It is easiest and most intuitive to get the tooth profile of each cross-section of cutter by projection,which is helpful for the implementation of CAD/CAM technical plan of tooth cutter with SolidWorks 3-D modeling and digital control line cutting. This plan is applied to design and manufacture the cutter,which becomes a comparative advantage of tooth slotting process technology. Meanwhile,it is a better way to cut the involute profile sprocket and more convenient for the cutting of high-efficiency tooth profile sprocket.
