摘要
针对Harrison的正弦波纹腹板焊接梁试验模型,采用等效结构应力法,研究了焊缝焊趾的等效结构应力分布特性及网格大小对应力分布的影响,分析了裂纹萌生位置及其疲劳寿命。对比Harrison的试验结果,验证了等效结构应力法在正弦波纹腹板焊接梁疲劳评定方面的适用性。
        For welded girders with sinusoidally corrugated webs,through Harrison test model,using the equivalent structural method,the stress distribution in welds and the influence of grid size on the stress distribution have been studied,the cracks position has been analyzed,and the fatigue life has been calculated.Compared Harrison test result,equivalent structural method shows better applicability in terms of fatigue evaluation for welded girders with sinusoidally corrugated webs.
