从六经辨治糖尿病周围神经病变

摘要
糖尿病周围神经病变属中医学消渴痹证、血痹、痿证等范畴。通过整理经方治疗本病的相关文献,结合《伤寒杂病论》六经辨证理论,针对糖尿病周围神经病变的临床特征进行分经论治,以总结六经辨治糖尿病周围神经病变的用药规律,从而指导临床选方用药。
Diabetic peripheral neuropathy belongs to the categories of consumptive thirst and arthralgia syndrome,arthralgia due to stagnation of blood and flaccidity syndrome in Chinese medicine. By sorting out relevant literatures on the treatment of this disease from prescriptions and combining with the theory of six-meridian syndrome differentiation in Shanghan Zabing Lun to treat diabetic peripheral neuropathy according to clinical characteristics,this paper summarized the medication rule based on six-meridian syndrome differentiation,so as to provide a guidance for clinical prescription selection for the treatment of the disease.
