电控变量泵对液压挖掘机节能的实现分析

摘要
基于恒功率变量泵排量调节结构和电控泵的控制原理分析,挖掘机出口压力Pd、电控泵功率切换压力Pf与负流量压力Pi的大小决定了液压泵排量的大小.并建立了电控泵的恒功率控制模型和负流量控制模型,并进行了实验研究.
        By analyzing the adjustment structure of constant power variable displacement pump and control principle of electric pump,the size of displacement hydraulic pump is determined by such factors as the size of the excavator,pressures Pd and Pf at the outlet of electronic power switch pressure pump,and negative flow pressure Pi.Accordingly,the constant power control model,together with negative flow control model,is established via the experimental research.
