摘要
在获得的挖掘机试验数据的基础上,通过动力系统能量利用率、液压系统效率以及复合动作时间差等3个指标,对中型挖掘机正、负流量控制液压系统进行分析。分析结果表明:正流量控制液压系统具有明显的优势,将成为中型挖掘机液压系统的发展方向。
How is flow rate in hydraulic system of excavators. It is to analyze a mid-sized excavator's both positive and negative flow-rates through 3 indicators, i.e., power train's availability, hydraulic systern's efficiency, and time difference of compound actuations. Results show that hydraulic control system of positive flowrate has got obvious superiority that it tells development orientation for the midsized excavators' hydraulic system.
