牙缺损伴牙(牙合)畸形治疗中正畸联合修复的临床效果探讨

摘要
目的:研究牙缺损伴牙(牙合)畸形治疗中正畸联合修复的临床效果。方法:研究对象选自笔者所在医院2014年10月-2016年9月收治的90例牙缺损伴牙(牙合)畸形患者,将所选患者随机分为两组,对照组45例,仅使用正畸治疗,另外45例患者作为观察组,使用正畸联合修复治疗措施,观察两组患者临床治疗效果。结果:两组患者临床症状均得到不同程度的改善,但观察组患者治疗总有效率为93.3%,明显高于对照组患者的75.6%(P<0.05);观察组患者牙齿排列整齐情况、后牙咬合状况良好情况和前牙覆盖及覆颌良好情况均显著优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于牙缺损伴牙(牙合)畸形患者,使用正畸联合修复的措施进行治疗,可以提升临床疗效,降低不良反应发生率,值得在临床上进行推广使用。
Objective:To study the effect of combined repair of orthodontic deformity in the treatment of tooth defect and maxillary malformation.Method:A total of 90 patients with dental defects and maxillary malformations were selected from October 2014 to September 2016 in our hospital.The selected patients were randomly divided into control group(n=45) and observation group(n=45).Control group used orthodontic treatment only,the observation group was treated with orthodontic repair,the clinical effects of the two groups were observed.Result:The clinical symptoms of the two groups were improved to varying degrees,but the total treatment efficiency of the observation group was 93.3%,significantly higher than 75.6% of the control group(P<0.05).The observation group was significantly superior to the control group in tooth alignment,good condition of posterior teeth gnashing jaw,anterior tooth coverage and good condition of overbite jaw,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For the patients with dental defect and maxillary malformation,the combined orthodontic treatment can improve the clinical efficacy and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,which is worth popularizing in clinic.
