摘要

我国现已进入老龄化时代,老年人失眠的发病率大大增加,而失眠也严重的影响了老年人的健康与精神。韩旭教授依据老年人生理病理特点,以养心补虚为基本,辨证施以益肾、健脾、益气养血,临床疗效显著。选取了3则较为典型案例,分析韩旭教授辨证思想及用药特点。
        Our country has now entered the age of aging. The incidence of senile insomnia is greatly increased at this time, which affecting their health and spirit seriously. This study briefly introduced Professor HAN Xu's experience in treating senile insomnia based on the physiological and pathological characteristics of the elderly, taking reinforcing Heart and tonifying deficiency as the basic method, activating Kidney, strengthening Spleen, and supplementing qi and nourishing blood respectively according to the syndrome differentiation, which has achieved remarkable curative effect. This article selected three classic cases to analyze his idea of syndrome differentiation and the medication characteristic.
